First Single “Do Time” from Upcoming Album “Redlight” by Centric & CJae to Release on June 7, 2024

Grenada & USA – June, 2024 – Rising AfroBeat/R&B artists Centric & CJae are thrilled to announce the release of their highly anticipated first single, “Do Time,” from their upcoming album, “Redlight.” The single will be available for streaming on all major platforms starting June 7, 2024. About CJae

CJae, born in Grenada, is a multifaceted singer, songwriter, recording artist, amateur producer, and novice audio engineer. He grew up in a musically rich environment, with his grandfather as a self-taught guitarist, which sparked his enduring passion for music. Initially dabbling in poetry during his teenage years, CJae transitioned to songwriting after his graduation in 2007. His musical journey began with Hip-hop and Dancehall before exploring genres like R&B, Soca, Pop, and Reggae.

In 2015, CJae committed to his music career full-time, resulting in the release of his debut EP “Overdue” in 2016 and his debut album “Code Red” in 2019. His career took a significant leap when he collaborated with popular French YouTuber Joyca on the song “LOAT,” which garnered nearly 4 million views on YouTube and over 1.4 million streams on Spotify. Besides his musical talents, CJae is an accomplished photographer, graphic designer, and videographer. He is currently working on his next album, further expanding his career.

Christopher Louray Mandujan, professionally known as Centric, is a renowned music composer and record producer. As one half of the Hip-Hop duo “Grand Opus,” Centric began his career by crafting instrumentals for various underground hip-hop acts. His growth in the music industry has seen him producing for Grammy Award-winning and nominated artists across multiple genres. Centric’s talent extends to television and film, with his music featured on networks such as MTV, VH1, OWN, NFL, TVONE, and BET.
