The how-to procurement bible for busy IT managers

by Amina
in Press Release

A new book from an IT supplier reveals the secrets of how any commercial technology purchaser can avoid falling into the trap of relying on unscrupulous and poor performing suppliers and still get the deal they want.

Dean Starbuck, Brummie business owner, with over 2 decades experience in supplying IT equipment to the commercial and educational sectors presents “The how-to procurement bible for busy IT managers: The only inside track you need to get the deal you want despite poor performing lazy and unscrupulous suppliers”, based on work helping organizations in scores of different industries scale and maintain their IT infrastructure with the right kit, on time and regardless of the murky IT world.

Dean Says: “When you’ve been an IT manager or purchaser for long enough, you’ll know getting the deal you want isn’t always easy. Just when you think you have got it nailed, something happens and you’re back to square one.

It’s common to have no idea why, and there’s a big list of why things don’t always go to plan.”  He adds: “It’s disheartening when others seem to have the Midas touch when it comes to their suppliers, but I can tell you why.

They recognize it takes an industrious character to get the job done. I.e., someone who has learned from experience, that can guide others through the pitfalls they didn’t even know were there.

With over 25 years of experience as an IT reseller, I have a good idea of what works and what doesn’t, if you want to get the deal you want without the risk of having your fingers burned by unscrupulous suppliers.”

Copies for IT managers and purchasers are available now from Amazon & Amazon Kindle Store.

Notes to the editor:

Dean Starbuck has been a trusted supplier for over 25 years to IT purchasers in scores of different industries and specializes in helping them source high-quality equipment, quickly and reliably than other suppliers have done in the past.

He runs his own IT supply business, to the commercial and educational sectors and is based in Birmingham, UK.
