Nicegram and Elephant Store Launch New Framework for Digital Collectibles on Telegram

by Amina
in Press Release

Nicegram has announced the launch of its NFT Stickers Tab, a new in-app feature designed to support the management of digital collectibles. The update also includes the integration of Elephant Store, enabling users to purchase, own, and use NFT-based stickers directly within Telegram.

Nicegram, founded in 2019, is an independent Telegram client focused on advanced communication tools, privacy, and blockchain-enabled services. It serves a global user base and continues to expand its capabilities through integrations that support emerging digital formats. Elephant Store, established in 2021, operates as a digital collectibles marketplace built on NFT infrastructure, specializing in assets defined by verifiable ownership, rarity, and transferability, including stickers and other forms of digital merchandise.

Telegram stickers have long been a core feature of digital communication, but their underlying format has remained largely unchanged. Traditional sticker packs consist of identical copies that cannot be individually owned, transferred, or traded. As creators and brands increasingly explore stickers as a form of digital merchandise, these structural limitations have restricted their ability to build scalable and sustainable product models.

Through its integration with Nicegram, Elephant Store introduces a new asset framework that applies the principles of atomicity and rarity to Telegram stickers. Each sticker is issued as an individual NFT, allowing users to own a distinct digital asset rather than a uniform copy. Stickers are also generated with a range of visual variations, enabling differentiation and supporting their role as collectible items within a broader digital marketplace.

The NFT Stickers Tab in Nicegram provides a dedicated environment for managing these assets. The feature consolidates supported NFT stickers into a single interface, organizes owned items automatically, and allows for seamless access during conversations. By embedding these capabilities directly within the app, Nicegram removes the need for external tools or third-party services to manage digital collectibles.

NFT stickers compatible with Nicegram are available through Elephant Store via its Telegram-based interface. Once acquired, the stickers are automatically added to the user’s NFT Stickers Tab and can be used immediately across chats and channels.

The integration of Nicegram and Elephant Store establishes a structured ownership model for Telegram stickers and expands their role beyond static visual elements into collectible digital assets. Users gain verifiable proof of ownership and scarcity, while creators and brands are provided with a framework to produce limited-edition digital merchandise. Together, the two platforms introduce a new approach to creating, managing, and exchanging digital collectibles within one of the world’s most widely used messaging ecosystems.
