Progeny announces acquisition of Carbon Financial Partners

MULTI-disciplinary professional services firm Progeny has announced plans to acquire Chartered financial advice firm Carbon Financial Partners.

The deal will add £600m to Progeny’s assets under management.

Carbon Financial Partners is a firm of Chartered financial planners, with a team of 45 staff across offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Perth.

The company offers a personal service to clients with complex financial needs, business leaders and those approaching important life transitions.

Gordon Wilson, Managing Director, Carbon Financial Partners, said: “Progeny share our investment philosophy and our values.

Progeny is a B Corp Certified firm and brings together Chartered financial planning, asset management, tax, HR and private and corporate legal services.
