A LEADING Scottish homebuilder is urging house hunters to secure a new ready-made home in time for Christmas.

Renowned developer Dundas says its high-quality homes in Uphall Station, West Lothian provide an ideal opportunity for those who have struggled in the competitive property market this year, but are still hoping to be settled into their new home in time for the festive season.

The independently-owned company, known for its expertise in creating welcoming communities and providing an exceptional client experience, says buyers can move into a number of selected homes in as little as four weeks. Starting from £249,995, four plots – each with three bedrooms – are available for purchase.

It comes after Dundas announced it would implement a seven-day working week after listening to wishes from clients to deliver a round-the-clock service, following feedback that was particularly pertinent from first-time homebuyers.

Calum Miller, Client Manager at Dundas, said: “We know that for many, the goal is to be settled into their new home in time for Christmas. Our new-build properties provide the perfect solution for those still house-hunting at this late stage.

Calum said: “For anyone still searching for their ideal home in time for Christmas, I would urge you to get in touch with Dundas to find out how we can deliver you a fabulous, brand-new property you can move straight into, avoiding the stresses of the traditional homebuying process.

“Our teams will handle everything for you, providing an easy and enjoyable journey from reservation through to receiving the keys.”

The developer’s Uphall Station Village site caters for 266 three-, four-, five-bedroom homes in West Lothian, and comprises of 18 different housing types and a dedicated community hub.
