Tamara Simeunovic Releases Powerful Memoir The Epileptic Warrior Princess, Aiming to Raise Awareness About Life with Epilepsy

London, UK – [24.09.25], Tamara Simeunovic, dedicated disability rights activist, has launched her first book The Epileptic Warrior Princess – Life with Epilepsy, the Obstacles That Come With It and How to Overcome Them, which is released by London Book Publisher.

Based on her own experience, Tamara provides an honest, personal perspective on living with epilepsy, a condition affecting not just health, but also relationships, school, work, and daily life. Diagnosed as an infant, Tamara endured decades of medical woes, bullying, discrimination, and social exclusion. Her painful experience, however, drove her to want to inform others about the reality of so-called invisible disabilities.

“This isn’t just my story. It’s the story of millions who are misunderstood, overlooked, or mistreated because society still doesn’t get what it means to live with epilepsy,” says Tamara. “I wanted to write something real, something that gives others strength, and forces people to see beyond stereotypes.”

The Epileptic Warrior Princess goes beyond the usual medical discussions of epilepsy. It talks frankly about the hidden side effects of medications, the trauma of living under constant judgment, and the battles faced by people navigating the government disability systems. Tamara also sheds light on broader issues, from discrimination in schools and workplaces, to the emotional toll on families and carers.

The book is a rare combination of personal experience and helpful advice, written to inform not just individuals with epilepsy, but employers, teachers, friends, and the general public. In telling her story honestly, Tamara is confident that she can help break down stigma and bring about positive change.

Her writing is raw, heartfelt, and unflinching, but it’s also hopeful. Throughout the pages, Tamara emphasises that while epilepsy brings enormous challenges, it doesn’t have to define or defeat anyone.

Published by London Book Publisher, The Epileptic Warrior Princess is now available through Amazon and Tamara’s official website. Launch events, including book signings and virtual talks, are planned for the coming months to continue the conversation and raise awareness.
