THIS is the moment a football fan recoils in horror after spotting a pile of human faeces in a plush platinum area of the stadium.
Newcastle United fan Tom Gregan was left stunned after approaching the bar for a drink on Saturday evening following the Magpies 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at St James’ Park.
Whilst waiting to be served, the supporter clocked the rancid pile of human waste on the floor next to the silver stanchion at the foot of the bar.
Shocked Tom filmed the disgusting sight and was left stunned later on in the evening when he found another pile of poo sat outside the toilet in the Platinum Club.
Tom films the filth whilst he exclaims: “This sounds like a lie but someone s**t on the platinum club floor.”
The seats in the Platinum Club cost more than £250 per game and unsurprisingly Tom was taken aback at the human excrement that was on show in the plush area.
The second clip shows punters trying to avoid stepping in the filth as they try to make their way to the toilet, something that the phantom pooer has been unsuccessful in achieving.
It is not yet known if the poo was a delibrate action or whether someone had an accident whilst attending the game over the weekend.
The footage was shared to social media with the caption: “This sounds like a lie but someone’s s**t in the platty. NUFC.”
The filthy post received over 400 likes and dozens of comments from disgusted fans of multiple football clubs around the country.
One user said: “Kid behind stood in it missed 15 mins of the second half cleaning his shoes.”
Another added: “Further proof the tickets are too cheap, the riff raff in the platinum is a disgrace.”
A third said: “No, don’t let the mackems see this man.”
Another replied: “This season gets better and better.”
