A NEW coastal housing development in Fife has officially opened for reservations, with a mix of four- and five-bedroom detached homes included in the first phase.
Cala Homes (East) has launched the initial collection of properties at Hillside Gardens in Aberdour, following the completion of its previous Inchcolm Green site in the village.
The development will deliver 140 private homes alongside 46 affordable properties on land adjacent to the Inch Marton Plantation.
Located near the Fife Coastal Path and Silver Sands beach, the neighbourhood incorporates a restored walled garden and a new three-metre-wide pedestrian and cycle route connecting the site to Aberdour’s Main Street.

Prices for the first release of homes start from £549,995. Three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes are scheduled to be released in future phases.
Elaine Carrigan, Sales and Marketing Director of Cala Homes (East), said: “As the only new build development available in the area, we expect these homes to be very popular with those attracted to the benefits of buying new, such as energy efficiency, flexible living and low maintenance, not to mention having a blank canvas to personalise and make your own.”
Reservations are currently being processed through the developer’s sales office at Rosebery Wynd in South Queensferry.
