Marvel fans gain incredible opportunity to get plush £3M mansion

by Glasgow Report
in Real Estate

A STUNNING property has set tongues wagging amongst house hunters having been put on the market for a cool £3 million pounds.

The mansion set amongst luxury greenspace in Wickersley, Rotherham boasts seven bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Whilst any house hunter could enjoy the property, it seems that any future owner should be a fan of Hollywood movie franchise Marvel.

The home, with 40 rooms, comes complete with a large scale replica of The Incredible Hulk stood in the garden and one of the private areas surrounding the property has been named Avengers Lane.

The mansion comes complete with a massive hulk statue.

Any interested parties will need deep pockets to make the home which was placed on Rightmove yesterday their own.

Sports fans will be in dreamland as the garden comes complete with a mini golf course, football pitch, tennis court and heated swimming pool.

Interior images show the property in all of its glory with plush loungers set in a private cinema sure to be able to showcase the latest in the Avengers franchise.

The exterior will leave others green with envy as the home comes with an incredible 9000 sq ft as well as the incredible sporting arenas.

The property would no doubt be worthy of Tony Stark himself with three double garages providing ample space to store super cars or Iron Man suits.

Estate agents Fine and Country listed the property yesterday with the description: “A fine family home set within exquisite grounds, commanding stunning views and enjoying the perfect location.

“Semi-rural offering the most idyllic of external lifestyles, presenting an awe-inspiring presence and a statement of both character and grandeur accompanied by a wonderful welcoming family feel.”

Social media users were quick to share the listing being left stunned by the properties unique design elements.

The listing was shared to social media with the caption: “I’d heard this mansion had a mini golf course but I wasn’t expecting Bruce Banner.”

The post has received tens of likes and comments from social media users who were less than impressed with the house’s layout.

One said: “Well the Hulk is definitely a choice, one that I can’t explain or reason.”

Another added: “Football pitch, swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, cinema room – there’s more facilities in this place than all the rest of Rotherham.”

Speaking today a spokesperson for Fine and Country said: “This property has something to please everybody.

“It is a spacious family home with a private driveway and triple garages.

“If you are looking for leisure, it includes a tennis court which doubles up as a 5-a-side football pitch, mini golf course, swimming pool, cinema room, and gym.”
