MEN’S mental health charity Andy’s Man Club will be appearing at a Leith Asda store in an effort to get more men talking about their mental health.
The charity is encouraging men and people with men in their life to come along to the event tomorrow.
Andy’s Man Club is a charity set up to encourage men to talk together about their mental health.
It aims to teach men that it’s okay to talk about their feelings, with tomorrow’s event aimed at bringing in more men to the charity’s groups.

Andy’s Man Club runs meetings where men are encouraged to come along and talk to one another on a weekly or monthly basis.
The support groups encourage men to be honest and talk about themselves “because they’re amazing”.
Founded in 2016 Andy’s Man Club is a suicide prevention charity named after Andy Roberts who took his own life that year, aged just 23.
His brother-in-law, Luke Ambler, and his mother, Elaine Roberts, co-founded Andy’s Man Club.
An Edinburgh local man shared the announcement to social media to encourage others to come along and get a feel for how the charity operates.
Posting yesterday he said: “Calling all you lads out there that are riding a bit of a storm just now or their partners who are a bit worried about their men bottling things up.
“We’ll be at Asda Leith this Saturday. Come along and have a chat with us.
“We will talk you through a typical night at Andy’s and break any myths or unsureties (sic).
“It could be the first step you need to take towards talking about you. You owe it to yourself because you’re amazing.”
Andy’s Man Club says it is: “A men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.
“We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.”
